Gilbert Municipal Court, Arizona Warrant Search
Warrants help law enforcement personnel to execute certain actions, mainly arrests, searches, and seizures. Under Arizona law, judges and magistrates can issue these warrants, or written orders ("writs") upon a law enforcement complaint/affidavit and a finding of probable cause for the facts or grounds stated in the complaint/affidavit.
Under Rule 123 of the Arizona Rules of Supreme Court, warrants often become public records following their execution and return to the court, their legal expiry, or their cancellation or quashing by a judge or magistrate.
